Mia Hartman is a board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of Optimal You, LLC, a hybrid health and aesthetics practice specializing in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and wellness-focused care. With over 15 years of experience, she offers evidence-based, compassionate services including HRT, weight loss programs, anti-wrinkle injections, fillers, teeth whitening, DOT physicals, and on-site employee exams. Originally from Lowell, Vermont, Mia returned home in 2022 to serve her community with personalized, high-quality care.

She is currently assisting Ally, where she is building a strong foundation while refining her skills behind the chair.
